Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Master's degree is an added advantage. • 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Data Engineering, Service Management, Analytics, or Automation. • Proven experience in ServiceNow reporting and ITSM analytics. • Robust experience with Master Data Management platforms, preferably Microsoft MDS. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operational improvement programs. • Demonstrated success in automation implementation and productivity improvement.
