- Manage vendor bills, purchase invoices, and expense accounting.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Maintain vendor ledgers, advances, and outstanding balances.
- Perform vendor reconciliation and prepare payment schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for invoice and material verification.
- Ensure correct GST documentation and applicable TDS deductions.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, month-end closing, and audits.
- Prepare vendor ageing and Accounts Payable MIS reports. Qualifications & Skills

Com, M.
Com, or MBA Finance preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Robust numerical accuracy and reconciliation skills. Work
