This person will be embedded with a US client's development teams. Some of those teams are hesitant to adopt threat modeling, so relationship building is as important as technical depth. Must have
- Hands-on experience leading threat modeling with established methods (e.g., STRIDE, PASTA, attack trees, data flow diagrams, design and architecture reviews)
- Direct experience working with development and engineering teams in a secure SDLC, AppSec, or DevSecOps setting
- Strong soft
skills:
able to build trust with developers, handle pushback, and drive adoption through influence rather than mandate
- Transparent, confident communication with US-based technical and business stakeholders
- Able to turn threat model findings into practical, prioritized actions that dev teams will accept
