(KPTL) and operates across the post-harvest value chain for agri-commodities. SSL provides integrated services including warehousing, procurement, primary processing, trading, collateral management, funding facilitation, testing and certification, and pest management for farmers, traders, government agencies, banks, and commodity exchanges. The company has developed 24 Agri Logistics Parks and manages 149 scientifically designed warehouses that conform to WDRA standards across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. SSL is an early adopter of Public Private Partnership in agri warehousing and manages multiple warehouses under MoUs with state warehousing corporations, including Rajasthan. It also operates a central NABL-certified analysis and certification laboratory in Jodhpur and 36 satellite laboratories across several states, ensuring high-quality testing and certification services. Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Panipat, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient handling of agri-commodities. The role includes managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and maintaining accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards. The Warehouse Manager will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate loading and unloading activities, and ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.



This position is also responsible for implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures, monitoring compliance with quality and safety guidelines, and collaborating with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to support smooth end-to-end operations. The role involves regular reporting on warehouse performance, addressing operational issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and space utilization. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to optimize warehouse processes and resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess safe and competent Forklift Operation and other material handling equipment skills where applicable.
- Candidates should have experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in agri-commodities or related sectors.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards relevant to warehousing operations.
- Candidates should have strong leadership, team supervision, and communication skills to manage diverse workforce and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and warehouse management systems; familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools is beneficial.
- A relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
