- 28,000/month Rotational 3 Shifts (24x7) & 1 roaster week off 1-Year Project | Third-Party Payroll We are hiring a Shift Supervisor for a critical project involving 100% inspection of customized machine components used in the Assembly Line.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of QC/QA experience in a manufacturing setting Minimum 2 years of team handling experience Knowledge of assembly line inspection will be an added advantage Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or related discipline preferred Willingness to work in rotational shifts Experience in mechanical drawings and instruments
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise QC inspectors across shifts
- Ensure 100% inspection compliance as per specifications
- Perform random inspections to validate quality standards and maintain inspection accuracy
- Monitor quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain inspection records and quality reports
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams
