The PICU Staff Nurse is responsible for providing protected, effective, and compassionate nursing care to critically ill infants and children. The nurse monitors patients' vital signs and clinical conditions, administers medications and prescribed treatments, manages critical care equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps, and assists doctors during emergencies and resuscitation. The nurse ensures proper documentation, follows infection control and patient safety protocols, maintains accurate shift handovers, and provides emotional support and guidance to parents. The nurse must be able to identify and report any changes in the patient's condition promptly and work collaboratively with the healthcare team. Candidates should have a GNM, B.
Sc. Nursing, or Post Basic B.
Sc. Nursing qualification with valid nursing council registration. PICU or pediatric nursing experience is preferred, along with good clinical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work rotational shifts. KNC is mandatory Interested candidate can share the C.
