We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, security, and operational excellence of our cloud-native infrastructure. Role Overview As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Vinturas, you will be responsible for architecting, managing, and optimizing highly available, secure, and scalable Kubernetes environments across multiple cloud providers, including IBM Cloud, Hetzner Cloud, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) . You will work closely with backend, frontend, blockchain, and platform engineering teams to ensure reliable deployment and operation of applications built using Hyperledger Fabric, Node.js, Flutter, and PostgreSQL . The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, cloud networking, security, and production operations, along with a strong understanding of distributed application architectures.

Key Responsibilities
1. Kubernetes & Container Orchestration
- Design, deploy, operate, and optimize production-grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple cloud environments.
- Manage Kubernetes cluster lifecycle, upgrades, scaling, high availability, disaster recovery, and security.
- Implement and maintain Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, ingress controllers, secrets management, and persistent storage.
- Establish resource optimization, autoscaling, workload isolation, and cluster monitoring strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex Kubernetes networking, storage, scheduling, and application performance issues. 2. Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Architect and maintain infrastructure across IBM Cloud, Hetzner Cloud, and AWS.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and related automation tools.
- Manage cloud networking, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, certificates, and secure connectivity.
- Develop strategies for infrastructure resilience, backup, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
- Standardize infrastructure provisioning and operational practices across cloud providers. 3. CI/CD & DevOps Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent platforms.
- Automate application build, testing, containerization, deployment, and rollback processes.
- Implement GitOps-based deployment workflows using Argo CD or Flux.
- Establish consistent deployment processes across development, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery speed, reliability, and security. 4. Blockchain Infrastructure – Hyperledger Fabric
- Support the deployment, operation,



and monitoring of Hyperledger Fabric-based blockchain infrastructure.
- Manage containerized blockchain components, including peers, ordering services, Certificate Authorities, and associated networking.
- Collaborate with blockchain developers on chaincode deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Support secure certificate management, identity management, and inter-organization connectivity.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure-related performance, availability, and connectivity issues within distributed blockchain networks. 5. Application Platform Support
- Support deployment and operations of Node.js-based backend services and APIs.
- Work with development teams to optimize application configuration, container images, runtime performance, and service communication.
- Support CI/CD processes for Flutter-based applications, including build automation and release workflows.
- Ensure secure integration between application services, databases, blockchain infrastructure, and external systems. 6. PostgreSQL Database Operations
- Deploy, configure, monitor, and maintain PostgreSQL databases in cloud and containerized environments.
- Implement database backup, recovery, replication, and high-availability strategies.
- Monitor database performance, connection management, storage utilization, and availability.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on database migrations, operational reliability, and performance optimization. 7. Monitoring, Security & Reliability
- Implement centralized monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK/OpenSearch, or similar technologies.
- Define and monitor service-level indicators (SLIs), service-level objectives (SLOs), and infrastructure reliability metrics.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, including container image scanning, vulnerability management, secrets management, and role-based access controls.
- Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
- Develop operational runbooks, disaster recovery procedures, and infrastructure documentation.
- Drive continuous improvements in system reliability, observability, and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Core Technical Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, container networking, ingress, and persistent storage.
- Practical experience with at least two of the following cloud providers: IBM Cloud, Hetzner Cloud, and AWS, with the ability to manage multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code,



and infrastructure automation.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong Linux administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, TLS, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security.
- Experience operating PostgreSQL databases, including backup, recovery, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Node.js application deployment and microservices architecture.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management solutions. Blockchain & Application Exposure
- Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, preferably Hyperledger Fabric.
- Understanding of distributed ledger architecture, peer nodes, ordering services, certificates, and identity management.
- Exposure to Flutter application build and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of secure API connectivity and distributed application environments. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience operating Hyperledger Fabric networks in production.
- Experience with IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service (IKS), Amazon EKS, and self-managed Kubernetes clusters on Hetzner.
- Experience with Argo CD, Flux, or other GitOps platforms.
- Knowledge of Ansible, Python, or Go for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault, external secrets management, and certificate automation.
- Experience with PostgreSQL operators and cloud-native database management.
- Familiarity with service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.
- Experience with supply chain platforms, enterprise integration systems, or B2B SaaS products.
- Relevant Kubernetes, AWS, or cloud infrastructure certifications. Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote engineering best practices.
