Responsibilities:
.
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day residential interior project activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engieers, Designers, carpenters, and installation teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of interior projects as per approved drawings and timelines.
- Follow up on material dispatch, delivery, and installation schedules.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular project status updates.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project schedules, site visits, and execution updates.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, production, logistics, and installation teams.
- Monitor project quality, workmanship, and site discipline.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and completion records. Candidate





Requirements:
:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience in residential interior project coordination or site execution is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of modular furniture, interior materials, and installation processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to residential project sites across Chennai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Key
