- Carry out stripping, rewinding, binding, and insulation work of HT Motors, DC Motors, DG Motors, and Servo Motors.
- Perform motor dismantling, coil removal, slot cleaning, and rebinding activities.
- Read and understand motor winding diagrams and specifications.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of motors after binding and rewinding.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures during repair and maintenance activities.

Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant trade.
- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in motor rewinding/binding.
- Knowledge of HT Motor, DC Motor, DG Motor, and Servo Motor maintenance and repair.




- Hands-on experience in strip binding, coil winding, insulation, and motor overhauling.
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as Megger and Multimeter.
