• Field-sales experience with retail businesses or POS, payment, or SaaS products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Marathi and Hindi, with functional English.
• Self-motivated, persistent, energetic, and comfortable approaching unfamiliar businesses.
• Basic computer and mobile skills; ability to learn and demonstrate MT-POS.
• Knowledge of Punes retail market and ability to travel independently within the city.
• Results-oriented, reliable, and disciplined in following up with prospects. Role
• Visit retail stores and small businesses throughout Pune to identify potential customers for the MT-POS Out-of-the-Box (OOB) solution.
• Introduce MT-POS and demonstrate its main features and benefits.
• Generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, follow up, and convert prospects into paying subscribers.
• Assist current customers with initial registration and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, calls, leads, follow-ups, and closed sales, and provide weekly activity and sales reports.
