Mumbai preferred | Pune / Chennai | Other locations can be considered Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days WFO Work Window: Approx. 12 PM9 PM, with flexibility based on business/client requirements Role Type: Individual Contributor Role Overview We are looking for an experienced BPS Pre-Sales professional with strong expertise in Bid Management, Solution Design, Pricing Support and Contract Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end BPS pre-sales opportunities and engaging with cross-functional and client teams. Banking BPS Pre-Sales experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with BPS pre-sales experience across Insurance, Wealth Management or other industry verticals will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BPS pre-sales opportunities from initial requirement through solution development.
- Drive Bid Management and RFP/RFI responses, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Design BPS solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
- Support solution commercials, pricing and contract discussions.
- Work closely with operations, transition, finance,
technology and other cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, solution proposals and leadership decks.
- Participate in client interactions and support onsite due diligence, where required.
- Support opportunities across global markets, with major focus on US and UK geographies.
- Manage multiple pursuits while ensuring quality and timely delivery of proposals. Mandatory Skills
- Strong BPS/BPO Pre-Sales experience.
- Hands-on experience in Bid Management and Solution Design.
- Exposure to Pricing/Commercial Support and Contract Management.
- Experience developing proposals and presentations.
- Solid stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel based on client/business requirements. Preferred Experience Preference will be given in the following order: 1. Banking BPS Pre-Sales 2. BPS Pre-Sales in Insurance / Wealth Management / related Financial Services Qualification
