Responsibilities:
We are hiring for
- Hospital billing UB04
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve patient billing issues, negotiate payments, and collect outstanding balances.
- Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize write-offs and improve revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Collaborate with internal teams such as medical records, insurance verification, and customer service to resolve complex billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies using electronic health record systems. Job
Requirements:
- 1-7 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of RCM principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
