Gurgaon We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process. Freshers with excellent English communication skills and experienced candidates with International BPO experience are welcome to apply. Eligibility Criteria:

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in English.
- Update customer information and maintain proper records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Follow company policies,



process guidelines and quality standards.
- Demonstrate valuable listening, problem-solving and customer-handling skills. Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
