Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain patterns for shell castings, aluminum patterns for machine molding items, and green sand castings.
- Create and modify 3D models for pattern making using CAD/CAM software.
- Apply CNC programming knowledge for machining of patterns with high precision.
- Collaborate with design, tooling, and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pattern-related issues during manufacturing and casting processes.
- Ensure accuracy, durability, and cost-effectiveness of patterns.
- Maintain documentation and revision history of patterns. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in shell casting patterns, aluminum patterns, machine molding, and green sand items.
- Expert-level 3D modeling skills (CAD/CAM) with programming knowledge for CNC machining.
- Strong understanding of foundry processes, tooling,



and machining techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
