- Provide L2 production support for Azure PaaS services, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles, and internal processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage for critical production systems. Job
