Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidates with knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel, and GST return filing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial records using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable GST returns.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records and input tax credit (ITC).
- Handle GST-related documentation, tax calculations, and compliance.
- Verify and maintain correct HSN codes for products.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and related records.
- Manage purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Prepare reports and statements using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for accounting-related matters.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.
Com) or a relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and GST compliance.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of GST returns, HSN codes, and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B is preferred.
- Knowledge of GSTR-5 and GSTR-6, where applicable, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
