Assistant Facility Manager
- Premium Gyms, Delhi NCR (Field) About WTF WTF (wtf.fitness) runs 60 premium gyms of its own across Delhi NCR plus ~200 partner gyms (WTF Powered)
- ~270 gyms, 85,000+ members. A premium gym runs 16-18 hours a day: air-conditioning, lights, showers, water, music and 100+ machines have to work every hour. Facilities is how members feel the brand. Not for desk-only admin roles
- you will be in the gyms every day. What you do
- Run maintenance for a cluster of WTF gyms day to day: visit gyms daily, check AC, electrical, water, washrooms, lighting and machines.
- Assign and check the work of multi-skilled technicians; close tickets within SLA with photos; escalate to vendors when needed.
- Run the preventive-maintenance checklist and monthly audits; keep spares and consumables stocked.
- Support current gym set-ups and handovers; report to the Facility Manager. Who fits
- 4-9 years in maintenance/facilities: hotel engineering supervisor, FM company site supervisor (JLL, CBRE, Sodexo, ISS), retail/QSR or gym chain facilities.
- Diploma/B.
Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) or strong technician background; can fix things yourself.
- Own two-wheeler; comfortable on the road across NCR. Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR
