Minimum 2 Years Industry: Hotel / Resort / Hospitality Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the resort.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, cottages, bathrooms, reception, restaurant, banquet hall, swimming pool area, and other common areas. 2. Manage housekeeping staff, allocate daily duties, monitor attendance, discipline, and work performance. 3. Ensure proper room cleaning, bed making, bathroom sanitisation, and room readiness before guest check-in. 4. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall resort standards. 5. Manage housekeeping inventory,



including bedsheets, towels, toiletries, cleaning materials, and other supplies. 6. Supervise laundry and linen management and maintain proper stock records. 7. Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping and ensure timely resolution. 8. Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and Hotel Manager for smooth resort operations. 9. Prepare daily duty schedules, cleaning checklists, and housekeeping reports. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or resort housekeeping.
- Experience in managing and supervising housekeeping staff.
- Valuable knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, laundry, and inventory management.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
