Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are seeking a responsible CNC Operator to operate CNC machines and manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Load and unload components, raw materials, and fixtures.
- Set tools and workpieces as instructed.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Perform in-process inspection and maintain required quality standards.
- Follow production plans and meet daily targets.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Report machine issues, tool wear,
or quality problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain production and inspection records. Required Skills and Qualifications
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience operating CNC turning or CNC milling machines is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings, machining operations, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to follow safety instructions and quality procedures.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply. Experience 1–3 years preferred; suitable freshers may also be considered. Interested candidates may apply with their updated resume. Pay: ₹15,000.00
