Team Management & Scheduling
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate housekeeping attendants and cleaning crew.
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly duty rosters, shift schedules, and break times (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniform grooming, and discipline.
- Plan adequate manpower deployment during peak showtimes, blockbusters, and weekends. 2. Auditorium & Facility Operations
- Oversee rapid turnaround cleaning of screening rooms (sweeping, mopping, seat cleaning, and vacuuming carpets) during short show intervals.
- Ensure deep cleaning and sanitation of public areas, including the main entrance, box office, concession stands, and corridors.
- Maintain spotless hygiene standards in men's, women's, and disabled washrooms throughout the day.

- Maintenance & Issue Resolution Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹23,000.00 per month
