Equity Advisor to drive our business development efforts. This is a 100% outbound telecalling and client onboarding role operating entirely through our CRM system.
In this role, you will not be providing market tips or advisory management; instead, your primary responsibility is to act as a Business Development Executive (BDE) focused on opening and activating Funded Traded Accounts.
The company will provide all leads. Your objective is to consult, convert, and successfully onboard these prospects into active traders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Call high-potential, company-provided leads daily using our CRM software.
- Account Opening: Guide prospective clients through the end-to-end process of opening trading accounts.
- Account Activation: Ensure newly opened accounts are Funded and Traded to achieve successful activation.
- Relationship Management: Educate prospects on our platform's value proposition, tools, and services using solid market terminology.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily dial targets, connect times, and monthly account activation metrics. Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of prior sales experience in a Stock Market, Broking, Equity Advisory, or Algo Trading firm is strictly mandatory.

fundamental understanding of trading concepts, equity markets, and financial terminology.

Excellent verbal communication, persuasive sales capability, and comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
- Environment: Proven track record of thriving in a target-driven sales environment with performance-linked incentives. Infrastructure Requirements (For WFH)To qualify for this remote role, you must possess the following setup at your home office:
- Hardware: Laptop or PC with a minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Connectivity: Stable broadband internet connection with at least 100 Mbps speed
- Equipment: High-quality noise-cancelling headset for clear communication
