Coimbatore Job Summary We are looking for a motivated PCB Electrical Engineer with 0 to 1 year of experience or relevant technical knowledge in PCB design, electrical fundamentals, and electronic circuit design. The candidate should have basic knowledge of PCB design software and electronic components. Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCB schematics and layouts based on project requirements.
- Assist in PCB component placement, routing, and layout optimization.
- Read and understand circuit diagrams, electrical schematics, and component datasheets.
- Perform basic Design Rule Checks (DRC) and Electrical Rule Checks (ERC).
- Work with microcontrollers and electronic components for PCB development.
- Support PCB prototyping, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with hardware and mechanical teams for PCB integration.
- Assist in PCB manufacturing, assembly, and documentation.
- Ensure proper PCB dimensions and component placement for mechanical fitment. Technical Skills Required
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic fundamentals.
- Knowledge of voltage, current, resistance, power, AC, and DC.
- Understanding of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, connectors, and microcontrollers.
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Basic knowledge of PCB schematic capture and PCB layout design.




- Understanding of PCB layers, footprints, tracks, vias, pads, and solder masks.
- Basic understanding of PCB design rules (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC).
- Knowledge of component placement, routing, and PCB dimensions.
- Ability to read datasheets and identify component specifications.
- Basic understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes. Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of microcontrollers such as ESP32, Arduino, or STM32.
- Basic knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, and I2C.
- Understanding of multilayer PCB design.
- Basic soldering and PCB testing knowledge.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks for mechanical enclosure design and PCB fitment. Required Software Skills
- Autodesk Fusion 360: Electronics design and PCB design (mandatory).
- AutoCAD Electrical: Basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams (mandatory).
- SolidWorks: Basic 3D modelling and enclosure integration knowledge (optional, preferred). Educational Qualification
- B.
E./B.
Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or a related field.
- Diploma holders in relevant electrical or electronics fields may also apply.
- Freshers with relevant academic projects or PCB design training are welcome.
