Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Warehouse Executive, or Supervisor.

Any Graduate in any discipline

Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
- Leadership: Strong capability to manage, motivate, and direct blue-collar warehouse staff.
- Communication: Transparent communication skills to relay targets to the floor and status updates to management.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move around the warehouse floor for long stretches. Pay: ₹25,000.00
