Role: Security consultant Mandatory skill : ISA contract negotiator Hybrid mode of working

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end negotiation and execution of ISA amendments with third-party vendors using AI.
- Drive adoption of AI/TLM standard security clauses at scale.
- Assess vendor AI use and align contractual positions to enterprise risk requirements.
- Resolve vendor pushback on AI, data protection, and security language while protecting Humana's risk position.
- Partner with Legal, TPCRM, business stakeholders, and vendor contacts to reach timely, risk-informed outcomes.
- Manage a high volume of concurrent negotiations against defined throughput and quality expectations.
- Track progress, document decisions, and escalate stalled or high-risk negotiations with transparent recommendations.
- Deliver against initiative milestones through December 31, 2026
