Tech in Mechanical Engineering
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with a mechanical background to manage in-process quality, incoming material inspection, and nal product testing for our colour dispensing machines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
• Inspection of raw materials, sheet metal parts, machined components, bought
- out items like motors, valves.
• Prepare and maintain IQC reports. 2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

• Line inspection during assembly of machines & sub-assemblies. Ensure adherence to drawings, tolerances and SOPs. Identify root cause for defects and implement corrective actions. 3. Final Quality & Testing
• Final inspection and performance testing of colour dispensing machines before dispatch.
• Prepare Final Inspection Reports and Test Certicates. 4. Documentation & Systems

• Prepare and maintain Quality documents . Handle calibration of measuring instruments
- Vernier, Micrometer, etc. 5. Vendor Quality
• Coordinate with suppliers for quality issues and improvements. Required
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawings .
•
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments. Basic knowledge of materials
- MS, SS, FKM, Nylon, Delrin etc. will be an advantage.
• Good communication and reporting skills in Excel / Word. Preferred Candidate:

• From machine manufacturing / special purpose machine industry. Located near Bhiwandi / Thane / Kalyan or willing to relocate.
Salary:
As per industry standards + based on experience.
