Full time, Permanent Joining: Immediate Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager with strong technical and managerial expertise in commercial bakery and bread manufacturing Company. The candidate must have extensive experience in the production of bread, burger buns, pav, pizza bases, cream buns, and other bakery products. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the entire bakery manufacturing unit, including production planning, recipe formulation, raw material management, product costing, quality control, manpower management, and overall production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complete bakery manufacturing operations.
- Handle production of bread, burger buns, pav, pizza bases, cream buns, and other bakery products.
- Have complete knowledge of dough preparation, mixing, fermentation, proofing, baking, cooling, and packing processes.
- Manage recipe formulation, ingredient ratios, batch planning, and product consistency.
- Calculate product-wise manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labour, electricity, overheads, and wastage.
- Monitor production yield, wastage, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Manage raw material planning, inventory, and stock consumption.
- Maintain product quality, hygiene, food safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Lead and manage production supervisors, workers, and other staff.
- Monitor machinery, production capacity, and operational performance.




- Implement cost-control measures and improve overall production efficiency. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Degree / Technical Qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in bakery or bread manufacturing.
- Mandatory experience in commercial bread and bun production.
- Strong technical knowledge of bread, burger buns, pav, pizza bases, and cream buns.
- Practical experience in bakery product costing and manufacturing cost calculation.
- Knowledge of recipe formulation, production yield, wastage control, and quality management.
- Proven experience in independently managing production teams and manufacturing operations. Preferred Skills
