About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of Industrial Safety PPE products to construction companies, automobile plants, manufacturing units and industrial establishments across Delhi NCR. ###

Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, factories, automobile plants and industrial establishments.
- Identify potential customers and generate recent B2B sales leads.
- Meet Purchase Managers, Procurement Teams, Safety Officers and Contractors.
- Demonstrate product samples and explain product specifications.
- Generate inquiries, share quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up on quotations, orders and payments.
- Maintain daily visit reports and achieve monthly sales targets. ### Products Safety Shoes, Helmets, Safety Jackets, Industrial Gloves,



Safety Goggles, Protective Clothing and Complete Head-to-Toe PPE Solutions. ### Candidate Requirements
- Must have own Bike/Scooter and valid Driving Licence.
- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits across Delhi NCR.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel and email.
- Prior experience in B2B, industrial or field sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good sales aptitude and confidence can also apply. ### Salary & Incentives
- Fixed

Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.
