- 30% Answer inbound calls from customers in a quick paced, goal-oriented collections department
- 20% Assist internal and external customers through inbound and outbound email and phone request to ensure dispute resolution.
- 10% Use resources to research, resolve and respond to moderately complex customer issues
- 10% Identify collections issues and forward them to cross functional departments for resolution
- 10% Provide customers with supporting documents and other correspondence to resolve delinquent and/or disputed balances
- 10% Use customer feedback to identify needs to reconcile disputes 10% Provide customer assistance for client audit letter responses as necessary
