About the Role
Airolus Academy is looking for two proactive and target-driven Sales & Public Relations Executives to help us expand our student admissions network and build partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres and other relevant organisations. This is a full-time, field-based role for individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, generating leads and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified student leads daily through field visits and direct outreach.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres and other educational institutions to explore collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, counsellors, placement cells and other key decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities to conduct career seminars, workshops and aviation awareness sessions.
- Promote Airolus Academy's aviation courses and career opportunities to prospective students.




- Follow up with interested students and ensure leads are shared with the academy's counselling team.
- Build referral networks and explore new offline channels for student acquisition.
- Work closely with the admissions team to support lead conversion and enrolments.
- Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, meetings conducted and follow-ups.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets. What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work extensively in the field.
- Ability to build professional relationships and independently explore new opportunities.
- Experience in field sales, business development, education counselling, public relations or direct marketing will be an advantage.
