Job Description
DR Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for a responsible and patient-focused Couple Coordinator to support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and a skilled approach to patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with couples and guide them through the IVF treatment process.
- Explain treatment procedures and hospital services in a clear and understandable manner.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with couples regarding their treatment progress.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
- Address patient queries and provide appropriate guidance.
- Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience throughout the treatment journey.




- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up details.
- Support patient counselling and treatment-related coordination activities.
- Build positive relationships with patients through professional and empathetic communication. Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare coordination.
- Experience in IVF or fertility centres will be an added advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with patients and internal departments.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
