Job description
The Phone Checker will inspect mobile phones and record their condition and functionality to support the store’s buying, selling and inventory processes.
Key responsibilities
- Check phones for visible wear, damage and missing accessories.
- Test key functions such as the display, touch, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, charging and connectivity.
- Record device details and inspection results accurately.
- Flag faults or inconsistencies for review by the store team.
- Handle devices carefully and follow the store’s inspection process.
- Keep inspection records and the work area organised. Requirements
- 12th pass or equivalent preferred.
- Experience handling or troubleshooting smartphones is an advantage; training may be provided.
- Basic familiarity with Android and iOS devices.
- Careful, methodical approach and positive attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible and comfortable documenting findings.
Salary:
As per industry standards; final compensation will be decided after the interview. Interview: Walk-in at the Gandhinagar store, between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Please bring your updated resume.
