As per experience Employment: Full time Job Overview We are looking for experienced CAE Engineers with expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), structural simulation, meshing, and pre-processing. Candidates should have hands-on experience with CAE tools and simulation techniques in automotive or engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and build Finite Element (FE) models for automotive components and assemblies.
- Perform meshing, pre-processing, and structural analysis.
- Work on component connectivity, contacts, MPCs, and coupling constraints.
- Perform structural, thermal, fatigue, and CFD analysis as per project requirements.
- Prepare simulation models, post-process results, and generate technical reports.




- Coordinate with customers and engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery. Mandatory Skills Hands-on experience with one or more of the following CAE tools:
- Pre-processing: ANSA, HyperMesh, SimLab
- Structural Analysis: ABAQUS, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA
- CFD: ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+
- Fatigue Analysis: FEMFAT, CAE Fatigue
- Other: SIMPACK Experience Requirements
- 3–4 years: ANSA, HyperMesh, SimLab
- 4–7 years: ABAQUS, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA
- 7–10 years: SIMPACK
- 10–15 years: NASTRAN, ABAQUS, CAE Fatigue/FEMFAT Preferred: Automotive domain experience and knowledge of structural, thermal, or fluid flow simulations.
