Fresher to 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hindi Telecaller to handle customer calls, communicate with potential candidates/customers, provide product or service information, and generate business leads. The candidate should have good Hindi communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Communicate with Hindi-speaking customers professionally.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer requirements and share relevant information.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer databases.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings whenever required.
- No Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.




- Prepare daily call reports and follow-up reports. Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.

- Fluent in Hindi (Speaking is mandatory).
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
