- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to Oracle applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using SQL queries and Linux commands on Tomcat servers.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of issues and implement fixes in production environments.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in application support or L2 level technical support role.
- Solid understanding of Oracle databases (10g/11g) and ability to write efficient SQL queries.
- Experience working with Linux operating system and basic shell scripting skills (e.g., Bash).
- Knowledge of Tomcat server administration and configuration.
