We are looking for an SMD Soldering Technician with hands-on experience in soldering and rework of Surface Mount Devices (SMD) on PCB assemblies. The candidate should be familiar with soldering tools, component handling and PCB assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual SMD soldering and desoldering of electronic components on PCBs.
- Handle SMD components such as Resistors, Capacitors, Diodes, ICs, QFNs, SOICs and BGAs.
- Perform PCB rework, component replacement and solder corrections.
- Use soldering stations, hot air guns and rework stations.
- Identify and rectify soldering defects such as dry solder, solder bridges and insufficient solder.
- Follow ESD safety standards while handling electronic components.
- Inspect soldering quality under a microscope.
- Ensure proper workmanship as per IPC standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation. Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in SMD and PCB soldering.
- Knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly.
- Familiarity with soldering irons, hot air rework stations and microscopes.
- Understanding of ESD handling procedures.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to perform precision work. Pay: ₹10,000.00
