About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Team Leader with strong experience in BPO operations, sales, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage a team, drive performance, achieve business targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. >

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales and customer support executives.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Handle day-to-day BPO operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Drive sales performance, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Monitor customer interactions and maintain service quality.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain team discipline, productivity, and operational efficiency.




- Ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives. > Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO, Sales, or Customer Support.
- Prior experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Target-oriented mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
