Role & responsibilities
- Lead equity research team covering Indian markets for a sell side research firm
- Role will be an Individual Contributor and Delivery Manager
- Building financial models from scratch with detailed drivers, projections and valuation
- Writing short research reports, including Earnings update and Event updates
- Stock coverage across sectors
- Actively manage the team and client deliverables
- Work on adhoc projects and other duties as assigned Preferred candidate profile
- Passion for equity markets and relevant background in equity research
- Robust analytical, writing and communication skills
- Working knowledge of market data sources such as Factset will be beneficial
- Previously managed a team and worked directly with clients
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- MBA/CA/CFA with 7+ years of relevant experience
