- Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon Interested can share CV on [email protected] / [email protected] OR call on (phone hidden) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling and hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects. The candidate should have experience in business requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate should possess robust functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO processes and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering & Business Process Analysis
- Conduct workshops with business users to understand financial and controlling requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes (AS-IS) and design future processes (TO-BE).
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
- Identify gaps and recommend SAP standard solutions. 2. SAP FI Financial Accounting Configuration
- General Ledger Accounting (GL).
- Accounts Payable (AP).




- Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Asset Accounting (AA).
- Bank Accounting and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS).
- Automatic Payment Program (APP).
- Tax configuration (GST, TDS, withholding tax, as applicable).
- Foreign currency valuation and exchange rate differences.
- Financial closing activities and reporting.
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliation. 3. SAP CO – Controlling Configuration
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
- Internal Orders.
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Product Costing.
- Cost Element Accounting.
- Assessment and Distribution Cycles.
- Standard Cost Estimate and Material Ledger knowledge. 4. End-to-End Implementation Activities
- Participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects.
- Perform SAP configuration based on approved business requirements.
- Prepare configuration documents and functional specifications.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Support data migration and master data validation.
- Prepare cutover plans and support go-live activities.
- Provide post-go-live and hypercare support. Preferred candidate profile
