About the Role
Hiring Customer Support Associates for a US & UK process. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills both written & spoken who can confidently interact with customers and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Inbound calls/chats related to product or service
- Understand customer requirements and provide prompt solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience can apply
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate (12th pass)
- Excellent spoken & written English skills are mandatory
- Comfortable working in night shifts




- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Immediate joiners preferred
