Minimum 3+ Years Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Only Job Summary We are looking for experienced Mechanical Diploma candidates for Junior Engineer / Engineer positions across various sections of our Ductile Iron Pipe Manufacturing Plant. Candidates should have hands-on experience in production operations, mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment handling, process monitoring and troubleshooting in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments. DI pipe manufacturing experience is mandatory. Open Plant Sections

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily production and operational activities.
- Ensure achievement of shift-wise production targets.
- Monitor plant equipment performance and operating parameters.
- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Identify mechanical faults and coordinate corrective maintenance.
- Monitor pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings and hydraulic systems.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation, Production and Quality teams.
- Minimise equipment downtime and improve plant availability.
- Ensure proper utilisation of manpower and equipment.
- Maintain daily production, downtime and maintenance reports.




- Follow safety procedures, 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement activities. Technical Knowledge Required
- Industrial mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors and motors.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Furnace and material-handling equipment.
- Production process monitoring and control.
- Equipment alignment and lubrication practices.
- Basic engineering drawings and equipment manuals.
- Knowledge of industrial safety and maintenance procedures. Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Only. Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant industrial experience.
- DI pipe manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in the respective plant section.
