Job Title: Merchandiser LFS Channel Accounts (SOR+MT) Lifestyle, Reliance Footwear, Fashion Factory, D-MART etc.

Location:
Gurgaon (Cyber Park) Department: Sales – LFS / Key Accounts Reports to: Head – LFR Role Purpose: Own merchandising, sell-through and profitability for Campus footwear across LFS partners. Bridge between Campus Category/Buying team and LFS buyers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assortment & Buying Coordination:
• Build season-wise assortment for each LFS account as per their buyer brief, price points, and store grading
• Share Campus range with LFS buyers, negotiate MOQs, and placement
• Ensure on-time order booking and article finalization with internal Buying & PD team 2. Sales & Sell-Through Management:
• Track weekly sales, stock, sell-through % (STR), days of cover at LFS doors Drive fillrates >95% and ensure no stock-outs on top 30 articles
• Initiate markdown, promo, or stock rotation in consultation with LFS Head to explicit aging inventory (>90 days)
• Ensure optimum Size ratio , timely replenishment and size availability in key sizes. 3. Operations & OTIF:




• Own Order-to-Delivery
- PO tracking, dispatch coordination with warehouse, OTIF >98%
• Resolve pricing, claims, and debit note issues with LFS backend team
• Ensure VM guidelines and brand visibility across LFS doors 4. Analysis & Reporting:
• Prepare weekly MIS: Sales vs Plan, STR by article, Return %, Discount %
• Identify hero articles, repeat potential, and share feedback to Category team for future range building KPIs:
• Sales vs Target (Monthly/Seasonal)
• Sell-Through % (basis 90 days)
• OTIF & Fill Rate
• Aging Stock % Candidate Profile:
• 2-4 years experience in footwear/apparel merchandising, with at least 1-2 years in LFS / Key Accounts (MBO/LFR)
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and negotiation skills
• Experience working with Lifestyle, Shoppers stop, Reliance Trends etc.
• preferred
- Graduate from NIFT / FDDI is plus
• Gurgaon based, ready to travel for store visits
