Role & responsibilities
- This person will be mainly responsible for ensuring all the safety aspect associated with the plant. Execute process safety management activities (PSM)
- HSE-Health Safety & Environment, common industry name is Process Safety Engineer
- Mainly ensures the plant operation in a safe manner with minimal risk for that there are some studies like HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/LOPA (HAZOP is the most common). He will be leading the these studies
- Regulatory Compliance-OSHA,NFPA standards, IEC, etc exposure
- Hazadrous area classification, Fire& explosion area protection
- Perform fire and explosion risk assessments, Define fire protection philosophy. Review:Fire Water Systems, Gas Detection Systems,Fire & Gas Networks, Emergency Shutdown Systems
- Team Handling exp is required Preferred candidate profile Perks and perks
