Job Description
: Being an experienced Architect/Designer you will work on residential as well as companies architecture projects. You will be Responsible for preparing detailed drawings, construction sets, and permit documentation. With the Knowledge of zoning/building codes is a plus. An architectural designer plans and creates technical drawings, layouts, and aesthetic concepts for buildings and spaces, typically working under the supervision of a licensed architect. Architectural designers focus heavily on the creative layout, planning, and drafting phases, while full architects manage the entire lifecycle of a building from start to finish. Skills Required:
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (mandatory).
- Permit-ready drawings,



ADU & Remodeling plans.
- Construction documentation, 3D rendering, 3D modelling, 3D sketching
- Good written/verbal English.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting and Modeling: Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using computer software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to discuss project goals, functional needs, spatial ideas, and budget limits.
- Research and Code Compliance: Check local building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations to ensure the design is legal and secure.
- Material Selection: Choose finishes, textures, Colors, and building materials that match the project's style and function.
- Team Coordination: Work alongside structural engineers, contractors, and project managers to test if a design can be built. Pay: ₹45,000.00
- ₹65,000.00 per month Work
