We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, promote residential plots and managed farmland projects, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Handle client enquiries and follow-ups.
- Schedule site visits and explain project details.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain solid customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales or real estate preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management.
