About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition and be comfortable with sourcing candidates, cold calling, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn and other job platforms
- Perform cold calling to potential candidates and build a strong pipeline
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience Required
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Naukri portal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and candidate engagement
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR Domain)
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Immediate joiners preferred
