Social Media & Content Creation Specialist Shift Options: Morning Shift or Night Shift available

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, creative Social Media & Content Creation Specialist to take ownership of our digital presence. In this role, you will be directly responsible for growing our community reach, maintaining active audience engagement, and producing eye-catching short-form video content (promotional reels and short animations). If you are an agile creator who knows how social algorithms work and can produce high-retention video content from scratch, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Platform & Community Management: Manage daily operations across company social platforms, respond to audience interactions, monitor comments/DMs, and drive community engagement.
- Audience Growth & Reach: Strategize and execute tactical distribution to consistently increase reach, follower growth, and brand visibility.
- Short-Form Content Production: Conceptualize, script, edit, and deliver promotional reels, short animations, and video assets tailored to current trends.
- Trend & Performance Monitoring:



Track social metrics to assess content performance and continuously iterate on creative hooks and visual formats. Candidate Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of proven hands-on experience in Social Media Management and short-form digital content creation.
- Language Fluency: English (written and verbal).
- Video & Motion

Skills:
Demonstrated ability to edit polished short-form videos (30–60 seconds) and short animations. *Minimal AI generation allowed, we prioritize genuine editing and storytelling skills.

Working Hours
