Role Overview Responsible for discovering, evaluating and connecting with relevant influencers across social media platforms to fulfil brand campaign requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and source influencers across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. Research and evaluate influencer profiles based on followers, engagement, audience quality and content relevance. Reach out to influencers through DMs, emails and WhatsApp. Follow up with influencers and collect collaboration details and commercials. Negotiate basic commercials within approved budgets. Shortlist suitable influencers based on campaign requirements. Coordinate influencer onboarding, campaign briefs and deliverables. Maintain and update the influencer database.



Track daily sourcing activities, outreach and confirmations. Coordinate with the sourcing manager and marketing team to meet campaign deadlines. Requirements 02 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media sourcing. Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator ecosystem. Solid communication, research and follow-up skills. Basic negotiation and relationship-management skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive attitude and strong execution skills.
