- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing.
- Provide regular service updates to customers.
- Explain repair costs and additional work requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers.
Requirements:
- Graduate or relevant qualification.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic automobile knowledge.
- Experience in a car dealership or automobile service center preferred.
