Role & responsibilities
- Collect overdue payments from customers through field visits, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and ensure timely repayment of dues.
- Visit assigned locations and conduct collection activities as per company guidelines.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers facing payment difficulties.
