Sahibabad Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of mechanical processes, automotive components, project planning, execution, and coordination between different departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor ongoing manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Design and Engineering departments.
- Monitor project execution and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Understand mechanical drawings, specifications, BOMs and technical documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for project-related requirements.




- Track project progress, identify delays and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
- Prepare MIS reports and update management on project status. Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of mechanical and automotive components manufacturing.
- Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project management tools.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Industry Experience
